As organizations seek to be more inclusive, I guide them in understanding and unpacking the ways institutions have been rooted in racism and ableism, and teach them how to engage in inclusive, multicultural, and anti-racist leadership. Using various teaching tools, participants learn to understand their leadership values, talents, and interests, identify and unpack their implicit biases, and learn how to create positive change in their organizations. Additionally, I provide one-on-one coaching individuals who seek to develop a deeper understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion issues, and improve their skills to implement change in their personal and professional spaces.
